Join JoJo Maman Bebe as a Production Assistant , where you'll support the Creative Assets Co-ordinator. Overseeing the management of samples and studios to ensure smooth production of assets. You will be instrumental on shoots seamlessly organising and assisting as required. Facilitating all aspects of planning and delivery of photo and video shoots, including coordinating talent, scouting locations, managing logistics and ensuring a collaborative environment while advocating for B-corp.  

You will be responsible for:

• Administrative support as necessary.

Seasonal Planning

• Supporting the Creative Assets Co-ordinator in research, organise and deliver plans and the shoot processes.
• Keeping the image assets & library up to date, flag anything for reshoot and post shoot evergreen assets.
• Support with invoices and travel bookings and keeping to budgets.

Sample and Studio/Location Management

• Co-ordinating/tracking samples with various teams.
• Transporting samples and props driving the in-house Van between sites and locations.
• Support on styling/dressing models on set and in studio where required.
• Manage carnets / packing samples for shoots with the support of BAAs.
• Managing the in-house studio, from keeping it tidy, in check and lock ups.
• Managing the storage organisation of all the props storage, keeping the props library up to date.
• Allocating and checking product codes to photography.

Shoot Production

• Support the co-ordinator on all end-to-end shoot production tasks for all shoots.
• Maintain running of production and timings on set with the support of the co-ordinator.
• Manage shoot lists with the support of the co-ordinator for campaign and elevated ecom.
• Managing child models and families at shoots.
• Supporting sourcing of locations. Scouting locations as needed.
• Manage kids casting inbox and communications with parents and delivering assets.
• Hold maternity castings with the support of co-ordinator.
• Be responsible for call sheets and shoot schedules with the support of the co-coordinator.
• Ensuring all adhere to Health and Safety procedures on site pre and on shoot.
• Support on post-production imagery organisation and critical paths.
• Be a brand ambassador at all times on shoots.

Technical skills we require for the role:

• Clean diving licence and experience driving a van.
• 1-2 yrs experience as a production asssistant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Understanding of digital photography processes and related software.
• Spot-on planning and organisational skills
• Exemplary verbal and written English.
